Abstract:

USDA Y2K information assessment of international food transportation modes in

selected foreign countries. The assessment targeted 9 of the top 10 markets for

U.S. Agricultural exports and 7 of the top 8 suppliers of imported food products

to the United States from January to March. Other countries included in the

study were China, and Indonesia and Bangladesh, major food aid recipients.
