Abstract:The Report is a compilation and analysis of mass transit drug and alcohol testing reported by transit systems in the United States during 1995. The report covers testing for alcohol and the following drug types: marijuana (THC), cocaine, phencyclidines (PCP), opiates, and amphetamines. The test types covered are: pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up.
