In order to obtain regional perspective on the major problems and issues to be addressed, a series of nine regional round tables were convened across the nation. One of these was held in Norfolk, VA, on June 11, 1993. The primary focus of this meeting was on issues related to maritime and intermodal movement of commodities into and through the Eastern Coastal states.
