Abstract:

This study was conducted to assess the technical feasibility of satisfying the requirements of Section 4110 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90), which calls for minimum regulatory standards tank level monitoring devices in teh cargo tanks of tank vessels.
