During the period 13-14 October 1999, personnel from the Cessna Aircraft Company (Cessna) and the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) conducted a joint field measurement study at Cessna's Wichita test facility. The study was conducted with the goal of determining reference noise and performance data for the Cessna 172R, 206H, adn T206H aircraft. These reference data are slated for inclusion in a future release of teh Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Integrated Noise Model (INM). This letter report describes the methods used to generate INM performance data for the Cessna 172R aircraft.
