Abstract:On February 27, 2013 National Research Council's Committee on Fuel Economy of Light-Duty Vehicles, Phase 2 held a meeting at the John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center on the Volpe Model and Other CAFE Issues. The meeting objectives were to discuss the Volpe CAFE model, discuss technology cost data and learn about the regulatory flexibilities within CAFE rules, including credit trading.
