This is the second of two volumes of the report on the Hybrid Propagation Model (HPM), an advanced prediction model for aviation noise propagation. This volume presents comparisons of the HPM and the Integrated Noise Model (INM) for conditions of uneven terrain. The cases explored in this volume correspond to flat, hill, upward sloping, and downward sloping terrain presented in Volume 1 (Cases 1, 5, 6, and 7, respectively) to test the capabilities of the HPM. The results are analyzed in detail and comparisons are made between the HPM and INM results for the uneven terrain conditions. The goal of this research is to enhance the modeling capabilities of the AEDT/INM, particularly in complicated environments such as National Parks.
