Abstract:

This report provides an analysis of the effect of the environmental conditions present at BWI on the equipment utilized in the Enhanced Airport Security System Project. Analyses of Technicians notebooks and sensor alarm reports printed out by the Security Operations Center online printer were performed. The effect of various natural phenomena and man-made effects are discussed in this report along with, where applicable, the steps taken to minimize any adverse effects.
