This document discusses the system level testing that was conducted at Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). These tests were divided into two distinct areas, the pier area and the working ramp area tests. The tests were further organized into two different basic threat modes, hijacking and bombing. In addition, the system level tests were designed to include other non-adversarial concurrent activities in different areas to stress the system. The System Level Test Report is divided into two parts; an unclassified report and a SECRET supplement. The unclassified sections discuss the test objectives, scope, methodology, and provides detailed descriptions of the individual test series conducted. The SECRET supplement provides the test results and their security implications in detail.
