Abstract:

This report describes the Federal Aviation Administration's requirements for aircraft operator information as well as a plan for addressing these requirements. The primary task of this program is to create an information system which will facilitate and enhance communication between the FAA and the aircraft operator data suppliers. In addition to the description of the FAA requirements, this document contains a plan to make use of these commercial data suppliers to create an aircraft operator information system.
