Abstract:

This guidance memorandum supersedes our June 26, 2008, memorandum on this subject with the same title. The revision is necessary to provide consistency with statutory revisions under the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) Act (Pub. L. 112-141), the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act (Pub. L. 114-94), and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL)).
