Abstract:

This Transportation Librarians Roundtable features Karen Neinstadt, the Senior Reference and Outreach Librarian at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT). Neinstadt discusses efforts to convert part of the MnDOT Library into an innovation center. Planning involved anticipating future library trends and collecting feedback from current users to reimagine the library space and services. The project's goal is to transition the MnDOT Library into a dynamic, inclusive space that meets the evolving needs of its transportation community in an increasingly digital world.
