The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) underwent a department-wide reorganization resulting in a new section: Research and Communication Services Section. Using the reorganization as a catalyst to update the library space, John Cherney describes the process of planning, designing, and creating the new WisDOT iCommons.
