Abstract:

This report documents the complete software system developed for the Experimental Data Link System which was implemented for flight test during the Air-Ground Data Link Development Program (FAA-TSC- Project Number FA-13). The software development is presented in three volumes as follows:

Volume I: -- Funtional Description and Flowcharts

Volume II: -- System Operation Manual

Volume III: -- Program Listing

The material contained in Volume II describes the system operation and is intended as a user's guide. Volume II is a complementary document to Volumes I and III.
