Abstract:

The curriculum at the Management Training School contains different courses for the supervisor and manager since their needs differ. Practical laboratory exercises follow each presentation whenever possible. Case studies, student-centered training, and simulated job functions are the key training methods used in the laboratory exercises. Quizzes and written and performance type examinations are used periodically to ensure that the students are achieving the desired lesson outcomes.
