  This report describes the proceedings of the Workshop on Human Factors Research held in Reston, Virginia. The
  
  objectives of the workshop were to: foster an interchange of experience in measuring and analyzing operator performance
  
  data; encourage commonality in operator performance and measurement and analysis; identify opportunities for cross-modal
