This report provides the instructions for a new design procedure for the flexible pavements in Texas. The Texas Flexible Pavement System (TFPS) is developed for the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation (SDHPT) under Study 2-6- 86-455. TFPS is a "user-friendly menu driven" computerized design system and represents the latest techniques available in the area of flexible pavement design.
