This report provides specific details on much of the work done on a project for the Texas Department of Transportation for providing the capability for making pavement distress measurements. The report primarily contains hardware and design procedures used to implement the Texas Profiler/Rut-Bar systems and which will be useful for TxDOT personnel in using and maintaining this equipment.
