This Research Roadmap documents key research questions informed by the National Transportation Safety Board SIR (2017), the CAMI PIREP Summit (2020), a technical report describing the feedback from a sample representing the PIREP end-user populations (pilots and controllers) during the focus groups activities (Kratchounova, 2020), and the PIREP system problem space developed by the Weather Community of Interest (COI) PIREP Special Weather Action Team (SWAT)
