• Abstract:
  The AVS Safety Culture Assessment survey was conducted October, 2024. All AVS employees were invited to participate. All Question Items were asked, but each respondent completed a random subset of items (2 per trait) to reduce time expenditure. The survey was administered by a third-party contractor to protect anonymity of respondents and results were provided to FAA in aggregate.
