The purposes of this study are to conduct and report on post-construction testing and evaluation that have been carried out for the sulphur-extended-asphalt (SEA) open graded friction course (OGFC) experimental test section on Loop 495 located in Nacogdoches, Texas and in District 11 of the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation (SDHPT).
