Abstract:The decentralized organization of the Texas Highway Department with its several districts and urban areas requires that a large number of engineers in various locations be familiar with the data produced by the traffic assignment process. This manual is intended to provide the Highway Design Engineer with a guide for the use of computer traffic assignment data as developed in Texas in the geometric design of proposed highway facilities.
