• Abstract:
  This edition (November 1966) of the User's Manual is indicated for use with program library tape Version II of 15 November 1966. As programs are modified, new pages for this manual will be prepared as necessary and distributed with subsequent library program tapes. All revised and additional pages will have the revision (issue) date in the upper left-hand corner. In order to minimize confusion that may result as revisions are made to the various programs, an on-line and offline message is written which gives the assembly date of each program when the program is called. When using the several programs, the user should note if this assembly date agrees with the date given in the program write-up (description) he is using.
