Abstract:

At the request of a Dr. F.A. Geldard, Human Resource division, the Committee on Aviation Psychology has sponsored the translation of a Japanese text on Aviation Psychology, represent the first book in the world under this title. This is with the belief that the book could be helpful in throwing light upon significant problems and in presenting ways of thinking about these problems which are relatively unknown both to civilian and military personnel in the country.
