Abstract:

This report is another in series growing out of research conducted through the close cooperation of the Division of Aviation Medicine and other units of the United States Navy. The investigation represented an effort to determine the validity, in the selection of pilots, of predictors not commonly used for this purpose such as projective test, a brief psychiatric interview, the interaction chronograph, etc.
