Because of the marked interest in problems of training, the Committee on Selection and Training of Aircraft Pilots considers it desirable to issue immediately, in advance of the publication of the proposed text on Aviation Psychology, the attached chapter entitled "The Psychology of Learning in Relation to Flight Instruction" and related to problems of pilot training.
