Abstract:This synthesis report documents the Binational Relations Program (BRP) between the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Rijkswaterstaat (RWS), the executive arm of the Netherlands Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, detailing the activities, outputs, challenges, benefits, and opportunities for improvement of the 15-year-old collaboration.
