This report presents a discussion of the circuit theory involved in the design of the radio range coupling system, and a description of the equipment employed in the latest type of radio range station. Particular emphasis is laid upon the theory of the coupling system because it is the most important part of the entire equipment, and also because Its function is perhaps the least understood by those who do not have direct contact with the problems of radio range operation.
