Abstract:This fact sheet provides a summary of the various teams that work under the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) - Office of Infrastructure Research and Development (R&D). They include the following teams: Infrastructure Materials, Long-term Infrastructure Performance,
Infrastructure Analysis, Bridge Engineering, Roadway, Safety Data and Analysis, Human Factors, Transportation Enabling Technologies, Transportation Operations Applications, Research Innovation Management, and Office of Research Services - consists of three teams that oversee the strategic direction and coordination of the FHWA research agenda and programs; management and operation of TFHRC; and communication about research projects, research results, and technology transfer.
