This companion document to the National V2X Deployment Plan provides additional supporting information for a comparatively more technical audience to gain a more detailed understanding of considerations for planning and deploying interoperable vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technologies. Its intended audience is for technical staff, including program/project managers and their teams, with limited experience with V2X deployments. The supplement provides an overview with information and potential considerations for both technical and institutional enabling elements, and highlights information to build an understanding of benefits and available technical support resources.
