• Abstract:
  In an effort to provide a safer highway system in the State of Texas, the Equipment and Procurement Division shops of the Texas Highway Department are fabricating three additional skid test trailers at the present time. It is contemplated that the Maintenance Operations Division will direct the operations of the test trailers and the one trailer will be based at each of the three warehouse supply depots which feed the necessary materials to the Texas Highway Department Districts. This report is therefore given as the basis of an Operations Manual in order that the past research may be utilized by interested personnel in the future.
