Abstract:

The Northwestern University Transportation Library received a gift of over 400 menus produced by airline carriers, cruise ships, and railroad companies. In this Transportation Librarians Roundtable, Paul Burley describes the chronology of the Transportation Menu project, briefly explains EAD from the perspective of a cataloger working with archival collections, and concludes with lessons learned during the project.
