Abstract:Annual report of the Maritime Administration for fiscal year 1985 as required by the Merchant Marine Act, 1936, as amended. The Annual Report of the Maritime Administration (MARAD) is submitted in accordance with Section 208 of the Merchant Marine Act, 1936, as amended. It reviews the Agency's activities in administering Federal maritime programs, incorporates certain other reports required by the Congress, and surveys other important maritime developments in the public and private sectors.
