Abstract:

The Highway Safety Information System (HSIS) is composed of seven States and one urban center. The HSIS Program provides linked crash, roadway, and traffic volume data. This guidebook supports the use of Illinois HSIS data from 2018 and beyond. Data and documentation recorded before 2018 (1985–2017) are available on request from the virtual HSIS Laboratory.
