The American Psychological Association (APA) publishes books, journals, and databases representing scholarly psychological content. APA Publishing maintains the Thesaurus of Psychological Index Terms, used to index all of APA's products with over 10,000 terms as of Spring 2022. Marisa R. Hughes, Taxonomist, discusses the initiative to implement inclusive language in into the APA Thesaurus.
