  The American Psychological Association (APA) publishes books, journals, and databases representing scholarly psychological content. APA Publishing maintains the Thesaurus of Psychological Index Terms, used to index all of APA's products with over 10,000 terms as of Spring 2022. Marisa R. Hughes, Taxonomist, discusses the initiative to implement inclusive language in into the APA Thesaurus. This Transportation Librarians Roundtable was part of a multi-month series focusing on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA), and the practical and professional applications of those values in our libraries and on behalf of those who we serve.
