  This report contains supporting documentation for the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Testing and Analysis Guidelines Volume I. This report includes a review of previous FWD data collection on eight FLH development projects. The FWD data collection and analysis practices of nine state DOTs is also summarized. The methodology and capability of nine backcalculation programs is discussed.
