This report provides an updated implementation plan or Road Map for implementing the AASHTO Pavement ME Design (PMED) software for the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD). The initial Road Map to implement the PMED software was published in 2014. This document is an update and continuation of ITD’s plan based on the completed activities between 2014 and 2023.
