Abstract:

The Federal Aviation Agency has on numerous occasions been asked to assist executive operators in establishing a training program designed to upgrade pilot proficiency. This circular recommends areas of coverage for initial and recurrent training of general aviation pilots in large propeller-driven aircraft. It further outlines procedures for the executive operator to follow if he desires to designate a company check pilot.
