This circular advises persons who have passed sections within the past 24 months of the mechanics written test previously failed, to submit their Form 578A, Report of Written Examination, to FAA, Airman Certification Branch, Federal Aviation Agency, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The form will be reissued showing an expiration date for each section of the test passed.
