Abstract:This circular is published to advise owners and operators of U.S. civil aircraft of recent regulatory changes that require the annual submission of current information related to aircraft registration eligibility, and request similar submission of information related to identification and activity of aircraft; and to call attention to the availability of the reporting form to be used in complying with this regulatory change.
