Abstract:

This advisory circular contains design guidance material for the development of heliports, both surface and elevated, to serve single and multiengine helicopters operating under visual flight rules (VFR). The provisions of this Guide are for the advice of the public. The guidance material described is acceptable in accomplishing a project meeting the eligibility requirements of the Federal-aid Airport Program.
