The objective of this project is to compare the most recent ODOT procedures to currently recommended FHWA practices for predicting scour, and to develop a user-friendly spreadsheet solution for calculating/predicting scour at a structure based on the latest procedures. Examples of how to use the scour prediction tool are illustrated in the report.
