ODOT funded this study to quantify the benefits of the Towing Recovery Incentive Payments (TRIP) program (user delay, safety, and environmental impact) and to obtain a comparison of ODOT’s TRIP Program performance relative to other states, especially in regards to commercial vehicle clearance times.
