Pursuant to Section 2 of the Presidential Memorandum of November 19, 2019 on “Ocean Mapping of the United States Exclusive Economic Zone and the Shoreline and Nearshore of Alaska,” this document provides an Implementation Plan for the “National Strategy for Mapping, Exploring, and Characterizing the United States Exclusive Economic Zone” released by the OPC in June 2020.
