Abstract:The Caltrans Sustainable Freight Academy was conducted on March 29; April 5, 12, and 26; and May 3, 2022. The academy consisted of presentations from goods movement professionals and subject matter experts, from the U.S. State DOTs and public and private organizations as well as those from international planning agencies. The final group presentation allows participants to respond to a capstone project using a web-based geospatial presentation platform. There were 70 participants that were divided into ten groups, and each group developed a presentation that calls for proposals for trade corridor funding.
