This is an annual report containing analyzed statistical data on motor fuel, motor vehicles, driver licensing, highway-user taxation, State and local highway finance, highway mileage, and Federal-aid for highways, as well as information from the Nationwide Personal Transportation Survey, and selected international data. This report has been published each year since 1945. These and other State-by-State tabulations are also available in electronic format on the Internet at http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/ohim.
