The Post-Employee Attitude Survey (EAS) 2000 Point of Contact (POC) Feedback Survey was distributed to gather information about the 2000 EAS process and subsequent action planning. The present study was designed to gain a better understanding of the extent to which the EAS 2000 results were used to promote organizational change and to examine satisfaction with the EAS 2000 survey process. Feedback was sought from individuals who were involved in the EAS 2000 process.
