This report documents the configuration, implementation, and use of the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Pavement Management System (PMS). The ADOT PMS is a commercial off-the-shelf, web-based application for managing infrastructure assets. The ADOT PMS complies with the federal reporting requirements for state departments of transportation (DOTs) under the U.S. highway investment program enacted by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21), and also supports ADOT’s modernization effort for pavement management and maintenance operations.
