The GT-16 is a summary of the NCHRP 21-5 interim report of the same title prepared by Messrs. Larry D. Olson, Farrokh Jalinoos, and Marwan F. Aouad. The purpose of GT-16 is to provide bridge owners with interim information on available nondestructive test (NDT) methods for assessing unknown bridge foundations.
