  The Oak Ridge National Laboratory, through its support to the Department of Energys Office of Facility Safety Analysis, EH-32, retrieves reports and information pertaining to transportation and ; packaging occurrences from the centralized Occurrence Reporting and Processing System data base. These selected reports are analyzed for trends, impact on packaging and transportation operations and safety concerns, and lessons learned in transportation and packaging safety. The selected reports are reviewed to determine if appropriate corrective actions are being conducted.
